Sydneychutes (hereinafter, "the Company") offers specialized technical consulting services in the design and audit of industrial systems for heavy material evacuation and gravity ducts for commercial buildings. Services include training in construction budgets, waste flow analysis in production plants, and optimization of predictive maintenance for metal ducts.
By accessing and using the website sydneychutes.com and its associated services, the user agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the services.
The Company undertakes to provide consulting services with due professional diligence. The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information necessary for the execution of the services, and not to use the results for purposes other than those contracted.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. The maximum liability of Sydneychutes shall in no case exceed the total amount paid by the user for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.
All content, technical documentation, methodologies, and materials provided as part of the services are the exclusive property of Sydneychutes. The user may not reproduce, distribute, or modify such materials without prior written authorization.
Service prices will be established in the corresponding commercial proposal. Payments must be made according to the agreed terms. In case of default, Sydneychutes reserves the right to suspend services until payment is regularized.
Either party may terminate the service by giving 30 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach of obligations, the affected party may terminate the contract immediately.
Sydneychutes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the website at least 15 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Puerto Plata.
